We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our client's busy workshop in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out servicing, diagnosing, and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Communicating with other department teams, such as the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
  • Providing expert technical opinions to customers on occasion.
  • Completing work within agreed time frames while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and thorough product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician/MOT Tester in the Motor Trade.
  • Level 3 NVQ Qualified.
  • Main dealer experience is ideal but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Fully qualified UK Driving Licence.

Package Details:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £25-38k per annum, plus bonus, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking career progression.
