About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and Sales Manager, ensuring the efficient processing of sales orders and minimizing the time between order and handover.
  • Finalize and ensure completion of finance documentation to the required standard, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the advertising of vehicles and retail merchandising, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed.
  • Liaise with customers to secure signature and documentation to facilitate delivery, follow up on finance acceptances, and manage the dealership delivery dashboard.
  • Propose deals to finance companies to support the securing of vehicle sales and act as the liaison between the Dealership and the Vehicle Admin hub.
  • Perform general sales support duties as required, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and a passion for hitting targets to meet customer expectations.
  • Experience in an administration or sales role from within the Motor Trade is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license is required for this role.
