We're seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to help promote our agency and services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will coordinate content marketing efforts, supporting all business units and services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the content marketing strategy, creating and managing content to achieve brand goals. Additionally, you will support the team on lead generation, increasing traffic, and SEO rankings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and increase traffic and awareness
  • Write high-quality long-form and short-form content for social media, website, emails, and video scripts
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand values and tone of voice
  • Conduct keyword research and audits to optimize all content for SEO
  • Work with cross-group teams to gain insights and expertise
  • Analyze content metrics to refine strategies and improve performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Implement paid promotion strategies to reach a wider audience
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Day-to-day management of the marketing intern, overseeing their performance and development
  • Generate ideas and develop assets, including written word and graphics
  • Create social assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Develop and manage the Group content calendar to ensure consistency

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a creative content-focused B2B marketing role, either brand or agency side, with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across all channels
  • Examples of successfully delivering a range of creative projects with excellent client feedback
  • IT proficient, with advanced knowledge of CMS, Canva, Web Analytics, and MS Office 365
  • Strong, persuasive copywriting skills, especially in long-form content
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and email marketing campaigns
  • Approaches tasks with curiosity, always looking for opportunities to innovate and improve
