At Marriott International, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations in our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, leading by example and inspiring your team to provide memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Drive daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of guest arrivals, departures, and services.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty, while maximizing financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, social media reviews, and other data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Marriott International's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and make sound decisions.
