Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various schools within Doncaster and Rotherham.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons independently, ensuring they meet the educational needs of young learners.
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the schools.
  • Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioural and academic problems.
Requirements:
  • Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • ECTs are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic about working with children.
  • Enjoy the variety and adaptability of working in different locations.
  • Capable of delivering pre-planned lessons and planning/delivering lessons independently.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
