Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operator II. In this role, you will be responsible for capping and labelling a wide range of liquid reagents into various bottle types using automated equipment. You will also be responsible for printing labels and affixing them to components using automated labelling machines and by hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capping and labelling a wide range of liquid reagents into various bottle types using automated equipment.
  • Printing labels and affixing them to components using automated labelling machines and by hand.
  • Completing written documentation, including calculations and quality checks.
  • Performing routine maintenance and calibrations on equipment as directed.
  • Collecting raw materials from and returning filled components to cold storage.
  • Advising the supervisor of equipment faults and any out-of-specification events.
  • Some lifting - up to 10kg may be required in this role.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the pharma, healthcare, food or similar industry.
  • GCSE Maths, English and Science (or equivalent).
  • Experience of following written quality procedures and working practices, including GMP.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of using computerised systems.
  • Flexibility to the needs of the business, working out of hours if and when required.
  • Training will be provided as required.
