Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer (Bank) to join our team at Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital. As a Radiographer (Bank), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. This will involve working with leading practitioners and experiencing new practices, equipment, and facilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Work with leading practitioners to develop and implement new imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Supervise and develop more junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality imaging services.
  • Provide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

Requirements

  • Hold a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent.
  • Have a postgraduate qualification in an area of specialization.
  • Have radiation protection supervisor training and/or qualification.
  • Have post-registration experience relevant to the role.
  • Have excellent communication and team working abilities.
