About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Total Care Services Ltd in South Wales. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and catering, with experience in the Care Home sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for our care home clients.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
- Work closely with our care teams to understand the dietary needs of our clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
