University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Trust's workforce strategy and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focussed HR leadership, advice, and support to Divisional leads and managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert HR advice and workforce information to support the strategic direction of the Division.
- Leading on specific HR projects to enable the Trust to deliver workforce initiatives.
- Designing and delivering HR training sessions to improve manager awareness and capability.
- Contributing to the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Significant HR experience in a large complex organisation.
- Experience of addressing HR workforce issues, change management, restructuring, TUPE, and/or employee relations.
- Analysis of staffing data and design of improvement plans.
- CIPD qualified, Associate level or above (desirable).
