Audit Senior Leadership Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our growing team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to lead and manage audit engagements, supervise junior team members, and build strong relationships with clients.
About the Job- Manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of audits.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify business development opportunities and grow the practice.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance the overall audit experience.
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of audit experience.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
