HSE Manager Job Description

Wallace Hind Selection Limited is seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and promoting a proactive safety-first culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead HSE projects and initiatives to improve safety performance and reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with site leads and group HSE partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE training program to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in HSE, preferably from a manufacturing background.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive, develop, and manage a team.
  • Nebosh Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety.
