Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our reputable team in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE and a proven track record of delivering high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and restructures.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior management teams and boards.
  • Billing, accurate time recording, and achievement of targets set by the firm.
