Accident and Emergency Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at Grevill House, a 65-bed Care Home in Charlton Kings, Cheltenham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the care team to deliver high standards of nursing and personal care
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with residents, their families, and the care team
- Monitor and evaluate care needs, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC pin
- Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to evidence continuing professional development activities
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience of or willingness to train in medication administration, catheterization, end of life care, and other relevant skills
- Competitive hourly rate with higher rates for weekend shifts
- Fully funded renewal of NMC PIN
