Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Help Desk Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage Customer Queries: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the customer support team.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Multitasking: Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
