A renowned gastro pub in Dorchester seeks a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef de Cuisine to lead their kitchen team.

About the Role
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of innovative dishes in a 2 AA Rosette establishment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead and manage a skilled kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Contribute to menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
Benefits Package

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Overtime Pay: Additional payment for overtime worked
Service Charge: A percentage of sales paid as a bonus
