Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team of professionals in the Middlesbrough & Stockton area.
Salary£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the valuable contribution we expect from our teachers.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
- Fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the development of every child
- Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, ensuring they achieve their developmental milestones
- Collaborating with staff, parents, and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a focus on EYFS
- A solid understanding of the EYFS framework
- Enthusiasm for early childhood education and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
