As a Luxury Retail Sales Consultant, you will serve as a representative of our esteemed brand, responsible for greeting all visitors in our boutique, immersing them in our company culture, and ensuring they enjoy a remarkable shopping experience, leaving with both satisfaction and a luxury timepiece.

At Watchfinder, we recognize that not everyone comes with prior experience in horology or brand knowledge. We seek enthusiastic individuals who possess a genuine passion for the luxury watch industry and are eager to explore the pre-owned watch market, showcasing a variety of prestigious brands. In your role at Watchfinder, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales in a personalized environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will shine as you work to maintain high standards both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in meeting KPIs and sales objectives. This multifaceted role encompasses high-end sales assistance, welcoming walk-in clients, client relationship management, handling appointments, responding to online inquiries, pursuing leads, and managing sales-related administrative tasks.

With a keen sense of vigilance, you will ensure compliance with all security protocols, consistently safeguarding our products.

Key Responsibilities

Passionate about luxury retail and committed to providing exceptional service to customers Strong client relationship management skills to maintain ongoing client engagement Results-oriented with experience in a target-driven sales environment (KPI-focused) Negotiation skills are advantageous, but we can provide training for candidates demonstrating a commitment to personal development Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various customer needs Ability to absorb technical information with a willingness to learn about our offerings Strong problem-solving abilities Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively A true team player who prioritizes collective success over individual gain

About You...

Sales-driven with experience in a performance-oriented environment Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize your workload Strong communication skills, ideally with experience in addressing customer inquiries in person and through various communication channels Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Some experience in negotiation is beneficial, though we can provide training for those with the right mindset A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
