About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

The successful candidate will have a kind, warm, and caring nature, with previous care experience and a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. They will be willing to complete level 3 and have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.

The role involves supporting residents with personal care needs, helping them to take part in activities that support their health and wellbeing, administering medication, and maintaining clear and accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, patience, and the ability to work well as part of a team. They will be able to use their own initiative and have strong time management and prioritization skills.
