Lead Our Corporate Tax Compliance Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to lead our Corporate Tax Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of corporate tax compliance for our audit clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance for our audit clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of more junior staff to ensure they have the relevant skills to support you in this role
  • Work closely with the audit team to manage workflow timelines and ensure the tax compliance process falls within those timelines
  • Help to spot opportunities and work on ad hoc advisory pieces generated from our portfolio of clients
  • Work with the transactions team to understand the implementation of any advice given in the year and ensure relevant disclosures have been made on the tax returns
  • Manage team budgets and work alongside the Tax Disputes team as applicable

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable project and staff management experience
  • Experience using tax software, such as CCH and Alpha Tax, as well as cloud bookkeeping and accounting software to retrieve financial data
  • Experience leading, scoping, and quoting for tax compliance work
  • Highly proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, including data cleansing and analysis skills
  • Ability to obtain relevant information from clients to prepare well-considered, technical, de-risked corporation tax computations
  • Ability to prepare accurate quantitative financial analysis with suitable and intelligible control mechanisms
