Job Title: ICT Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to support our client's ERP transition from SAP to D365 Business Central across the Group. The successful candidate will work closely with a 3rd Party Consultancy to drive systems modernisation and enhance business reporting capabilities via Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day support for ERP and reporting systems across the Group, mainly D365 Business Central and Power BI, with integration into other manufacturing platforms.
  2. Support the design and implementation of new business systems and processes being rolled out across the Group.
  3. Develop and deliver training on processes and systems group wide.
  4. Monitor, report, and enforce compliance with processes and controls linked to ERP and reporting systems.
  5. Drive a process of continuous improvement in the use of IT systems.
  6. Provide business information to support decision-making at Group Level, working with the Finance Director and IT functions.
  7. Collaborate with local and Executive management teams to better capture, report, and analyse business information, contributing to improved commercial, operational, and financial performance.
  8. Frequent travel to group sites will be required.

Requirements:

  1. Highly proficient in the use of Office 365, including SharePoint administration.
  2. Functional and technical knowledge of ERP - D365 Business Central (D365BC) or Dynamics NAV / Navision is highly desirable.
  3. Experience in data visualisation and reporting - preferably Power BI and Reporting Services or similar.
  4. Practical experience of designing and implementing processes and controls linked to IT systems.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
  6. Able to convert analysis, evaluation, and debate into action.
  7. Can seek ideas and information from different sources within and outside the organisation.
  8. Will evaluate data and alternative courses of action without bias or prejudice.
