Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are seeking an experienced Multitrader to join our construction project in the Hastings area.

About the Role:

This is a varied role that involves performing carpentry tasks, undertaking plastering work, and assisting with general maintenance and other trade tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

• Fitting, repairs, and installations of various carpentry tasks.
• Skimming, patch repairs, and rendering of plastering work.
• Assisting with maintenance and other trade tasks as necessary.
• Maintaining health and safety standards on-site.
• Collaborating with a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both carpentry and plastering.
• Relevant trade certifications or qualifications are essential.
• CSCS Card is mandatory.
• A driving license is preferred but not required.
• Asbestos awareness and manual handling skills are necessary.
