About the Role


This is a full-time position that requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of visual strategies across various projects and initiatives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.



Key Responsibilities


The Lead Visual Strategist will be responsible for:



  • Developing and implementing visual strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective visual content;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies;
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you should have:



  • A degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, visual communications, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; we can consider less if you have a strong portfolio;
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
