Export Sales Estimator Role

W Talent is partnering with a leading water storage solutions provider to find an experienced Export Sales Estimator. This position plays a key role in the Export Sales department, preparing technical quotations, maintaining client communication, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed technical quotations using web-based costing systems and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support for the Export Sales Department, including document control, CRM management, and sales record updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Conduct telephone follow-ups with clients for project updates and respond to their queries.
  • Estimate export sales enquiries and generate timely, competitive quotations.
  • Handle sales-related documentation, including processing orders and tender documents.
  • Maintain and update records related to personal development and training.
  • Support exhibition planning and other sales-related events.
