  • Work alongside the designated Stay Close Coordinator to support care leavers in achieving their employment and skills goals.
  • Establish a peer support network with care leavers to provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Deliver group activities and workshops to engage young people and adults in a supportive and engaging way.
  • Manage a caseload of care leavers and deliver a high-quality service to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of working with young people and adults in a supportive and engaging role.
  • Knowledge of person-centred and task-centred approaches to case work.
  • Experience in delivering group activities and workshops.
  • Proven record of ability to effectively engage with customers who have barriers and help them to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Level 3 qualification in IAG and/or youth engagement equivalent desirable.
