Aircraft Mechanic – EDI Airport

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a roaming Aircraft Mechanic to be based at Edinburgh Airport on a 4N4O rotation across our Edinburgh, Newcastle and Prestwick sites working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

We offer exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry. With 600 aircraft for Summer 2024, including the introduction of the Boeing 737-8200 'Gamechanger' and a growing Ryanair UK Fleet of 737-800, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.

Duties:

  • Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair's 737-800 and 737-8200 Fleet.
  • Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
  • Boeing 737-NG/Max Family aircraft experience (Desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
