Digital Rail Cybersecurity Strategist

This exciting opportunity as a Digital Rail Cybersecurity Strategist at Alstom will allow you to leverage your expertise in industrial network security and embedded systems to drive innovative solutions for the rail industry.
Your key responsibilities will include analysis of project security needs, planning and reporting of cybersecurity activities, functional animation of project cybersecurity engineers, ensuring readiness of cybersecurity deliverables for project gate reviews, and providing support for cybersecurity activities during technical design meetings.
We are looking for an individual with expertise (or a degree) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, experience or good understanding of industrial network security and/or embedded systems, knowledge of IACS security standards and information security standards such as ISO27001, NIST etc., familiarity with security risk management and IACS reference security architectures, and a relevant cybersecurity certification.
About You- Expertise in a relevant engineering or technical discipline is essential for this role;
- A strong understanding of industrial network security and/or embedded systems is required;
- Familiarity with IACS security standards and information security standards such as ISO27001, NIST etc. is necessary;
- Experience with security risk management and IACS reference security architectures would be beneficial;
- A relevant cybersecurity certification is preferred.
- An excellent salary of £80,000 per annum plus benefits;
- The opportunity to work with new security standards for rail signalling, such as IEC 62443, TS 50701 and IEC PT 63452;
