We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Team Professional to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and Supervising Your Shift
  • Case Managing Residents and Liaising with Families, Healthcare Professionals, and Other Stakeholders
  • Administering and Recording Medication
  • Carrying Out Risk Assessments
  • Working Alongside Care Assistants to Support Residents with Daily Needs
  • Working Closely with the Leadership Team to Develop Services
  • Providing a Fun, Inclusive, and Professional Approach at All Times

About You

We are looking for a Senior Care Team Professional who is well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. You should have a proven ability to lead and supervise others, a good understanding of care planning processes, and experience in or a willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
