Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our body repair department, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bodywork panels of vehicles in accordance with received instructions or job card details.
This may involve working on the chassis and framework as well. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards.
Main Tasks:
- Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing the damaged panels or replacing those that are beyond repair.
- Operate all necessary equipment, including jigs, fixtures, and welding tools, following instructions, considering qualification levels, and adhering to prescribed safety standards.
- Follow the manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins when applicable to ensure proper repair and replacement of chassis and panel work.
- Attend relevant training courses as necessary to stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field.
- Handle all vehicles with utmost care and attention, ensuring that customer satisfaction and care are always maintained.
- Keep the company's tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous Panel Beating experience in an accident repair bodyshop.
