About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and deliver our T-Level programme in Construction at Hertford Regional College. As a Lecturer in Construction, you will play a key role in delivering the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning and assessment, across a range of courses and student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver the T-Level programme in Construction
  • Develop and deliver curriculum and delivery plans for T-Level courses
  • Work with placement coordinators to support high-quality industry placements
  • Support students in achieving their academic and professional goals
  • Contribute to the development of the built environment curriculum
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have experience in, or are willing to upskill, in the following areas:

  • Science and Building Technology
  • Surveying and design for construction and the built environment
  • Civil Engineering
  • Building services design
  • Hazardous materials analysis and surveying

We can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in these areas, as well as provide industry upskilling and support to become a fully qualified teacher.
