Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated Software Development Apprentices to join our team in Stevenage, Bristol, or Bolton. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced software engineers to develop and maintain complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of software products, including mission planning and control systems, command and control units, and real-time components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions.
  • Work on various software projects, utilizing programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
What We Offer
  • Fully funded BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions Software Engineer qualification starting September 2025.
  • Paid travel expenses to and from your place of study.
  • Annual pay reviews.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus holiday purchase) and up to 15 days flexi leave.
  • Study leave during exam periods.
Requirements
  • GCSEs at Grade 9 – 4, including Maths, English Language, and Science/Technology.
  • 120 UCAS points achieved through T-Level in Software Engineering/Computing or BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Computing/IT related subjects.
Salary

£18,000 per annum, plus a £3000 joining bonus.
