We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Strategy Manager and Subject Leader for IT and Computing to join our team at The Grange School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the school's vision and goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing IT and Computing teams, with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and student outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure and systems are secure, efficient, and effective in supporting teaching and learning.

The Grange School is a mixed, non-selective 11-18 Foundation secondary school situated in the market town of Aylesbury. We are a supportive team with community at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Strategy Manager and Subject Leader for IT and Computing to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital strategy. You will be responsible for leading and managing the IT and Computing team, and for ensuring that our IT infrastructure and systems are secure, efficient, and effective in supporting teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the school's vision and goals
- Lead and manage the IT and Computing team
- Ensure that our IT infrastructure and systems are secure, efficient, and effective in supporting teaching and learning
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective IT solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our digital strategy and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing IT and Computing teams
- Strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and student outcomes
- Experience of developing and implementing digital strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders
