Classroom Leader

BeBee Professionals is seeking a dedicated Classroom Leader to join their school in Fulham, United Kingdom.

The Classroom Leader will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged in their work. The successful candidate will have strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.
• Support students with their learning when necessary.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assist with administrative duties as required.
