Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of five-star luxury spa treatments for members, hotel guests, and visitors
  • Coordinate the delivery of spa services, including spa, skin care, fitness, and wellness, massage, and other treatments
  • Assist with spa reservations, reception desk, and locker room duties as needed
  • Work with selected vendors for spa retail operations to deliver an outstanding guest service spa experience
  • Take ownership of spa treatment rooms, ensuring areas are presentable and clean
  • Use and sell retail products, promoting our luxury spa brand
  • Collaborate with the Director of Spa/Spa Operations Manager to execute all spa and leisure operations, striving to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize financial performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of standards and procedures
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Level 3 Certificates on both massage and facial
