Job Title: Bookkeeping Assistant

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team at Jonas Software. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the finance team with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank accounts and preparing customer settlements.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Reconcile bank accounts in multiple currencies
  • Prepare customer settlements via online banking
  • Support the finance team with day-to-day processes

**Requirements:**

  • AAT qualification or similar
  • Previous experience in an accounts assistant/administrator role
  • Excellent IT skills, including high proficiency in Excel
