Avionics Deputy Team Leader

First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Avionics Deputy Team Leader to join their team at the Holyhead depot. The successful candidate will oversee a team of technicians and supervisors, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the avionic component maintenance facility
  • Allocate repair and maintenance tasks to the team
  • Monitor progress and provide guidance as needed
  • Update records and documentation on component repairs and maintenance activities
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians
  • Participate in meetings and briefings to discuss operational priorities and strategies
  • Report to the maintenance team leader on progress and any issues encountered
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or higher national qualification
  • Experience in avionics maintenance and management
  • Ability to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance
  • Manual dexterity and ability to lift avionic components
