About the Role:

As a QC Supervisor at b3 jobs Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a small team of QC Technicians in the testing of ingredients and finished products. Your key tasks will include supervising QC Technicians, providing cover for the Quality Systems Manager and QC Technicians, and attending daily update meetings to address concerns and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee testing procedures, including taste panels, re-sampling, and managing reject stock, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Collaborate with departments on quality testing, manage external lab testing, micro concessions, and ensure timely release in the product launch process.
Support audits, manage lab consumables, handle factory quality functions (e.g., pest control, calibration), and assist with complaint investigations and OOD stock testing.

About You:

We are looking for a Food Science Graduate or equivalent with knowledge of the QC function. You should have basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene management. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension - employer matches up to 4%, private medical, dental assistance, life assurance, employee assistance programme. The working hours are Monday to Friday, Office Hours - 35 hours a week.
