Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical research studies in paediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Principal Investigators in the setup and delivery of clinical trials and non-interventional NIHR portfolio trials
  • Work with the Women's and Children's Research Unit to ensure the safe conduct of all research, including clinical trials, in accordance with regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff on the specifics of running clinical trials
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to ensure the successful delivery of research studies

Requirements:

  • Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experience of working in a clinical research environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks related to undertaking clinical research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
