We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Nightcap PLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bars, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of professionals, inspiring and incentivizing them to deliver 5-star service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, confidently run busy shifts, and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Financial Management: Handle P&L management, stock control, meeting targets, and submitting reports.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Develop innovative ideas to make our bars the best place to visit and work.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
  • Team Development: Organize team rotas, efficiently manage labour, and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing a busy high-volume bar.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, training, and team-building skills.
  • Business Acumen: Confident with handling money and strong business acumen.
  • Problem-Solving: Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
