We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Fit Out UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing small and large projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Attend site surveys and produce detailed Site Audit Reports to aid project scope and costing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage and expand the subcontractor base, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Demand high levels of health and safety across all projects, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present concepts to various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software, with a strong understanding of project management tools and technologies.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or 10 years of field experience in mechanical construction - plumbing and/or HVAC only.
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and years' related experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to implement and oversee technologies such as BIM and LEAN principles, with a strong understanding of their application and benefits.
  • Revit, AutoCad, Trimble, and MS Office skills, with a strong understanding of their application and benefits.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Project Management experience working in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Understanding of Plumbing, Ventilation, and air conditioning, with a strong understanding of their application and benefits.
