As a Strategic Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in driving business performance and maximizing achievement against our annual operating plan.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our Senior Leadership team to drive business performance and maximize achievement against our annual operating plan.
  • You will support, challenge, and be an important part of our Senior Leadership team through provision of business insight and KPI analysis.
  • You will contribute to our Central functions to provide high-quality financial support to enable improved decision-making, understanding of performance drivers, and actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will represent Finance in partnership with our Directors and their direct reports as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team.
  2. You will provide monthly BAU reporting of performance to enable our Senior Leadership Team to understand and manage their progress against targets.
  3. You will identify opportunities to prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. You will have a proven track record of being able to communicate with finance and non-finance people.
  5. You will have advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills.
  6. You will be able to interpret data into action-oriented insight.
  7. You will be aware of external impacts on the business.

About the Benefits
