Pupil Progress Coordinator

Heath Farm School is seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our experienced team of professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils with complex needs, promoting their academic progress and emotional well-being
- Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and contributing to regular review meetings
- Relevant experience working in an SEN/ASC environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of pupils and colleagues

- A competitive salary (£28,000 - £33,000 per annum)
