Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Conveyancing Assistant to support our fee earners in managing property transactions.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in conveyancing who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist fee earners in overseeing the entire conveyancing process, from file opening to post-completion tasks.

Prepare essential legal documents, conduct thorough title searches, and manage communications with the Land Registry.

Process financial documents, maintain accurate records, and case files.

Requirements

We require a candidate with conveyancing experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.

The ideal candidate will be confident in using case management systems and MS Office for document preparation and file management.
