Babcock International Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Support Officer to join our team at our Chatham site. As a Training Support Officer, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support for training planning and administration, as well as coordinating with other departments and stakeholders.

The Role

As a Training Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for training planning and administration, including using Management Information Systems (MIS) to produce business information reports.
  • Supporting fast track students, Pre Deployment, Mission Specific, Urgent Operational Requirements, indemnity policies, and other associated activities.
  • Coordinating and liaising with other Babcock departments, stakeholders, and Holdfast.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrable IT skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • A driving license (may be required for site visits).

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
