About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a skilled SMART Repair Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Heathrow Aftersales. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs to vehicles, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Previous experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs on vehicles to a high level of quality in set timescales
  • Refurbish painted alloy wheels, refurbish and renovate used cars ready for resale
  • Attend to and repair scratches, scuffs, and dents, windscreen abrasions/chip repair, general interior refurbishment
  • Work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure excellent customer service
