Job Title: Director - Regulatory Change Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of regulatory change and prudential reporting. As a Director - Regulatory Change Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Regulatory Change during the application phase to transition TDGF from a MIFID Investment Firm to a Credit Institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data strategy to support the enhanced reporting requirements.
  • Work with external vendors and internal applications to create reporting solutions.
  • Design data flow and reporting build for new products that become permissible under a Credit Institution license.
  • Assist with the overall data strategy and reporting design/control for the region.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity reporting, and statistical reporting.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders and make effective recommendations.
  • Identify and report Operational Risk Events in accordance with policy.
  • Contribute to the identification and management of Conduct Risk within the team and function.
Requirements:
  • Seasoned experience in regulatory reporting within a MIFID investment firm/credit institution.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
