We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic residential sales team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for winning listings, gaining new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you'll be responsible for:

  • Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Optimising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving licence
