Job Title: Senior Events Coordinator

GlobalData Plc is seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Events Coordinator to support our current programme of conferences and awards dinners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build relationships with event sponsors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Manage event registrations, attendees, and dietary requirements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal staff.
  • Lead and deliver events end-to-end, ensuring faultless delivery.
  • Optimize revenue opportunities through branding and sponsorship.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in organizing conferences and awards dinners.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
