We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are committed to building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, booking customers for solar surveys, and maintaining comprehensive customer records. You will also identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention, collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience, and support the growth of the Customer Service team.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered, providing an opportunity to grow a career in the renewables sector.
