Recruitment Assistant Opportunity

Reed is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone who has some experience in recruitment or HR support and is looking to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Communicate with candidates and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment materials are up to date.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in recruitment or HR support.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with recruitment software.
  • Immediate availability to start on a temporary basis.
