About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Unit Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people within our Mental Health setting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, and a proven track record of leadership skills. You will also possess a positive attitude, be naturally caring and compassionate, and have a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £52,000-£55,000 (DOE), plus a £5,000 welcome bonus. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including free meals and parking, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.
